These are some poles down going over to MDI. It was after the storm we had on Saturday night. Dick and I were stuck on the island for 4 hours ugh!!! 

New Kid Rusty

Hi All, This is our new kid.....Rusty! He is so good for an 18 month ole pup. Anyway just wanted all to know we have a new kid......and yep he is just like the ole Dew stopping traffic up on Scotts Neck Way!

Tristan's 1st Fishing Trip

Hi All, This is my nephew Tristan. I can't tell you how excited he was when he caught his 1st fish. I wish you could have been there to hear him get so excited it was truly a hoot!

Ice Sailing 2006

This year we haven't had a lot of snow......... It is making ice. Not as we would all like. The temps have created a mess for most ice fishermen. No ice out date this year the ice hasn't formed over the whole lake. Our lake is open creating a land owners nightmare! All wharfs that we thought were high and dry ended up being in the water due to not opening the dam to drop the water. The last couple of weeks the temp has dropped to form a smooth surface for one sailor. Here he is ice sailing! This is truly a beautiful sight to see. To listen to the sounds this sailor is making is a real treat. Ahoy!

Sunset

Good evening, just to let you see what I saw the other night when the sun was setting on Green Lake. It was the most colorful moments I have seen in a while. I tried to capture it as the colors danced the sky and reflected upon the water............. so enjoy! Lo

Here is the secound shot of the fog heading down the lake. It was just a sight to see. No sounds just this heavy fog slowly moving so gently.

When I woke this morning I happen to look out my window. I notice the fog sweeping down the lake. I snapped this picture along with another one further down the lake. It truly was a sight to behold.
